Vanilla Fruit Salad

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 pound strawberries
  • 1/2 pound blueberries
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla


  • Peel and chop grapefruit and pineapple.
  • Wash and chop 1/2 pound of fresh strawberries.
  • Add in washed 1/2 pound blueberries.
  • Combine cut fruits with juice of 1 orange (about 1/2 cup) and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
