Vanilla Fruit Salad
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 pound strawberries
- 1/2 pound blueberries
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- Peel and chop grapefruit and pineapple.
- Wash and chop 1/2 pound of fresh strawberries.
- Add in washed 1/2 pound blueberries.
- Combine cut fruits with juice of 1 orange (about 1/2 cup) and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
