Benefits of Fruit Salad

There are vitamins in every bite. The grapefruit mainly consists of vitamin C and vitamin A. Vitamin C is good for skin elasticity as well as strengthening blood vessels while vitamin A benefits the eyes, teeth, and skin. Eating pineapple will provide your body with more vitamin C. It also contains 2% of vitamin A, calcium and iron. Although there is a small amount of vanilla extract, it has big benefits! Vanilla extract is not only for baking: it works perfectly in this salad. Benefits include the fact that it is an antioxidant to protect your body and has anti-inflammation abilities.
