  • 1 yellow apple
  • 3oz can tuna
  • a pinch salt
  • 4 slices bread
  • fresh parsley


  • Chop 1 yellow apple. Drain water from 1 can of tuna.
  • Combine tuna and apple together, adding a pinch of salt.
  • Toast 4 slices of bread and spread tuna mix on each slice.
  • Chop a stem of fresh parsley and sprinkle on top.
