    Roasted Cheesy Orange Cauliflower

    Ingredients

    • 1 head orange cauliflower
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • A pinch of salt
    • 1/2 lemon
    • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
    • 1/2 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1/2 Tablespoon chopped green onion

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 500F.
    • Place cauliflower florets into a baking dish.
    • Add2 minced garlic cloves, 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and juice from 1/2 a lemon
    • Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded parmesan on top.
    • Roast cauliflower for 20 minutes.
    • Sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley and green onion.
